New Hampshire, Maine and Massachusetts regions we serve.

NH Lakes Region Living

There is something magical about living on the lake especially when it comes to summer in the NH Lakes Region. There is a balance of leisurely freedom, quintessential coziness, and a strong nostalgic connection to New Hampshire's Live Free or Die motto of living.

There are 959 lakes in New Hampshire and the Lakes Region is the home of the largest - Winnipesaukee, Lake Winnisquam, Squam Lake and Newfound Lake.

Southern Maine Coastal Living

The picturesque coastal towns of Ogunquit, Cape Neddick, York, and Kittery, Maine connected by winding, scenic roadways feature stunning homes along the famous rugged seascape that artists from afar come calling on for inspiration, and some of the most desirable towns to enjoy living on the coast in Maine.

NH Seacoast Area Living

New Hampshire's sculpted coastline along the Atlantic Ocean boast the idyllic seaside living, bustling boardwalks... and a display of some of the state's most impressive custom built homes. The towns of Portsmouth, Rye, Newcastle, Hampton and Exeter, New Hampshire are perhaps the most sought after locations to situate and build your dream home on spectacular oceanfront property.

Living on the North Shore MA

The North Shore area of Massachusetts is a beautiful collection of historical coastal towns north of Boston.  With more than 30 miles of coastline, fishing harbors, and sandy beaches the towns of Newburyport, Ipswich, Essex, Salem, Rockport, Marblehead, and Gloucester, MA are considered tops when it comes to living the best of both worlds - enjoying the relaxation of coastal living yet a stones throw from the hustle of the city life.
