When it comes to designing your new home, we are happy to collaborate with your preferred architect during the initial stages of creating your house plans. We have found our insight on NH lakefront regulations, NH town building codes, and contributing value engineering advice accelerate the planning process, that will save you time and eliminate avoidable expenses.
We also offer in-house custom design services for clients who do not already have blueprints, or an architect. If you have a basic plan, but need it modified for submission to the county or city building codes, we can help you prepare your design plans for submission.
